Learn to paint with gouache with guest artist Calvin Carter at our Adult Studio Workshop: Painting with Gouache. The three-night series on Thursdays, November 4, 11, and 18, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. will provide participants an opportunity to learn about gouache, which is an opaque watercolor paint. Workshop is limited to 12 participants, ages 18 and older. $65 will reserve your seat in the class and provides you with all the art materials required to create during the workshop.

Important Details:

• Classes begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive on time.
• Aprons will be provided, but participants are encouraged to dress for the art studio.
• The museum’s studio can be cool, so we encourage you to consider bringing a sweater or jacket.
• Registration for this class includes a set of 12-count Reeves gouache paints, three Robert Simmons white sable paint brushes, a covered palette, and illustration board.
