Become a printmaker! During this four-week class, 5th-8th grade students will learn how to create multiple prints of original drawings using two different printmaking techniques. Students will learn how to properly use and identify printmaking tools, register and label prints, and use a printing press! This class will culminate with a matted 5"x7" print that students will be proud to display. This four-week class will provide an introduction and solid foundation for your young artist to ignite their love for printmaking. Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 students. Registration is $40 per student, and students will complete the class with a printmaking kit to keep exploring this art form at home.

This four-week class will meet from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Students may be assigned some brief at-home assignments during the course of the class that will reinforce the instruction that is given in the studio. Class size is limited to allow one-on-one time with our Teaching Artist.
