November 9 - Unbeatable Beaks

Birds can do the most amazing things with their beaks. Let’s discover how beaks of different shapes and sizes…..short, long, straight, curved… are adapted to help birds sip nectar, make nests, crack nuts and more!! Participants will enjoy this beakin’ good time as we learn that beaks are to birds what hands (and tools) are to humans. This SAS is inspired by Robin Page’s "The Beak Book."
