Thank you for your interest in STARK Cultural Venues. We look forward to providing you with the best in art, history, nature and culture through our venues Stark Museum of Art, The W.H. Stark House, Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center, and Lutcher Theater. We appreciate you taking the time to review our statement of liability below, which should be provided upon and applied to any tickets, admissions, passes and entry into the venues. Any pass, ticket or other specified documentation entitles the holder to be admitted to the premises as indicated. This privilege may be revoked at any time in our sole discretion, and we may refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable. As a guest, you must comply with all safety rules, observe all warnings and follow instructions given by staff and/or security officers, and you VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK, LOSS, LIABILITY AND DANGER for injury or damage to your person or property and all hazards arising from or related to your admission to any STARK Cultural Venues (SCV) premises and/or your participation in any exhibits or attractions. BY ACCEPTING ADMISSION, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE US FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT YOU MAY INCUR. You agree to be photographed, videotaped or filmed; you grant permission to SCV to use such images in any manner it may deem proper; and you waive all rights to compensation for such images. All items are subject to search. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES; NOT REDEEMABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.The Stark Museum of Art, The W.H.
